We are finally bring back the later classes!
New classes coming to Monday and Tuesday nights 7.20pm

It is exciting to have the knowledge and experience of different teachers to offer you variety and expand your understanding of yoga.
So many of you have been asking for some time now, as 6pm is often too early due to work and family commitments.
This also allows more options when other classes sometimes sell out due to covid space restrictions.

Cynthia brings her many years of experience to her classes
Cynthia’s focus in the class is to help guide you to become aware of the strength that lies in the core of the body and the calm we find when our breath flows.
‘We will activate our innermost support (core) and deepen the breath to find balance and relax the mind as we discover how the movement connects and follows the breath.’

What a great way to start your working week with a gentle Restorative Yoga Class.

This workshop was so well received last year and had many asking when it would be repeated
With a few adjustments and a new name this Workshop is open to everyone.
Perfect for those new to yoga and those that want to revisit the foundation of their practice

What is Prana and can I feel it?
Learn and explore the concept of Yield

This means classes will be limited to 6 per class
make sure you book in to secure your spot

To wear a mask or not to wear a mask?
At this stage it is up to you whether you wear a mask or not
the spacing has been put in place and class sizes limited
so it is not mandatory but feel free to wear one for your own comfort and peace of mind

Yoga with Covid restrictions

New Covid restrictions are in place from midnight tonight till Friday
This means we are unable to teach at the hall this week
The restrictions will be reviewed on Friday

There have been a lot of cancelled classes the past week as I have been unwell and still fighting off a nasty virus
I am so thankful to those that filled in for me so you could all still have your yoga
all online classes have been cancelled this week as well as I rest and recover

Hopefully Friday we will see the restrictions lifted but if not I will opening up more online class next week

School Holiday Timetable

There is a lot happening across the country with Covid outbreaks, so restrictions have been placed in SA for the next week.
We already have restricted numbers in place and marks on the floor for mat placements and all teachers are Covid Marshals.

– please bring your own mat and other gear to class if possible
– please be sure to book into your class every week
– remember to use the QR code or your name and details in the book
– wipes are provided for shared equipment – but not for bolsters and blankets
– hand sanitizer is on the table
– please stay home if you feel unwell

Introduction Course is nearly finished

Hi everyone,
We are nearing the end of the introduction course and I hope you have all enjoyed it so far.
You have one more class on the 21st of June, which Jenny will guide you through Restorative Yoga.
An absolutely beautiful way to finish the course.

For those those that have missed a class or 2 of the course you have a chance to make it up and attend any classes on the timetable 
you have 2 weeks from completion of the course to use our 7 weeks introduction course ticket.
this means your expire date of your pass is the 5th of July.
As there was no class on Monday this week, why not try one of the classes this week.

Beginners 
General 
Dynamic – strong
