We are finally bring back the later classes!
New classes coming to Monday and Tuesday nights 7.20pm
It is exciting to have the knowledge and experience of different teachers to offer you variety and expand your understanding of yoga.
So many of you have been asking for some time now, as 6pm is often too early due to work and family commitments.
This also allows more options when other classes sometimes sell out due to covid space restrictions.
BREATH & CORE

Cynthia brings her many years of experience to her classes
Cynthia’s focus in the class is to help guide you to become aware of the strength that lies in the core of the body and the calm we find when our breath flows.
‘We will activate our innermost support (core) and deepen the breath to find balance and relax the mind as we discover how the movement connects and follows the breath.’
doors open at 7.10pm to quietly move in and have a short change over between classes
NURTURE & NOURISH

What a great way to start your working week with a gentle Restorative Yoga Class.
Nurture your body and Nourish your soul as we slow down from the busyness of everyday life and come into still with a beautiful yoga nidra or meditation.
