You will learn:

*How does posture effect your mind and breath
*Good alignment in poses
*Learn and explore the concept of Yield
*What are the Kosha’s
*Connect movement and breath
*What is Prana and can I feel it?
Jenny will finish with 40mins of restorative practice and yoga nidra to calm the mind and nervous system

You will learn:
*Spinal health and care
*Anatomy and functions of the spine
*How your core works
*Core strengthening
*Back strengthening
*What are the chakras
*a daily yoga routine worksheet that you can easily follow at home will be emailed at the end of the series.
