Kama’s Monthly Meditation Workshops start this Sunday
hope you can join us from 3.00pm – 4.30pm
Take 1.5 hours at the start of each month to create intentions, set goals and focus on your health and well being. Throughout this series of monthly workshops you will learn and implement meditation techniques and simple strategies to relax the mind and find inner calm. Looking after your emotional well being is an important piece of the health puzzle. No matter where you are in your physical, mental and spiritual journey, you are welcome to join us in the relaxed, friendly setting.
Each session will include an introduction, some discussions, 2-3 meditations, some gentle stretching and intention setting for the month. Herbal tea and some healthy nibbles provided.

Mandala Meditation Workshop with Rachel Grant

A mandala is a sacred space that has been used for thousands of years to creatively express both the inner world and the world around us.
Creating a mandala is an active meditation that can bring relaxation, reflection, balance and healing.

Hills local Rachel Grant is a yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for art and is coming to Keen on Yoga at Bridgewater to share a mandala meditation with our community. Join us for a wonderful afternoon of mindful creativity in a safe, supportive, fun, diverse and soulful space.
The workshop is designed for beginners and no artistic skill is required. It begins with a brief chair meditation and is followed by lots of practical advice to guide you as you create your very own mandala.

Annette has studied mind/body medicine through Chiropractic kineasiology for 30 years. She has gained ‘Perfect Health’ Certification through the Chopra University which enables her to share information on living a balanced Ayurvedic lifestyle and also has a special interest in Chakras and their correlation in both Eastern and Western medicine.
With her in depth knowledge of the bodies subtle energy system, this will be one not to miss
