With Kama’s workshop, ‘Meditation for Relaxation and Self Care’ which was healing and rejuvenating, then Annette’s workshop ‘Exploring the Chakras’, combined with chakra dance was opening and energizing.

Keeping Calm for Christmas

The festive season can trigger many challenging emotions for people, ranging from feeling overwhelmed to anger. Learn some simple meditation and mindfulness techniques to help you keep centred and calm during this sometimes stressful time of year. Being able to meditate and keep calm within, can help to navigate tricky relationships and situations. When you learn to be calmer and reset your focus, there is a ripple effect to the people around you.

Each session will include an introduction, some discussions, 2-3 meditations, some gentle stretching and intention setting for the month. Herbal tea and some healthy nibbles provided.

Tuesday 11th –  6pm and 7.20pm
Saturday 15th –  8am

Reminder – New class on Thursday’s have started 6pm

The studio will be closed from the 24th of Dec to the 13th January.
