Take 1.5 hours at the start of each month to set intentions, set goals and focus on your health and wellbeing. Throughout this series of monthly workshops you will learn and implement meditation techniques and simple strategies for wellbeing. Looking after your emotional wellbeing is an important piece of the health puzzle. No matter where you are in your health and wellbeing journey, you are welcome to join us in the relaxed, friendly setting.
Each session will include an introduction, some discussions, 2-3 meditations, some gentle stretching and intention setting for the month. Herbal tea and some healthy nibbles provided.
