This is the 1st of a 2 part workshop. In this workshop I want to empower you with the knowledge of your spine and what actions you can take to create strength and space for a pain free back.
Workshop 1
*meditation and visualistion to calm the mind and nervous system
You will Learn
*how your spine moves, how it functions and why it’s so important
*good posture
*the muscles that are involved in spinal movement
*stretch and open the muscles and fascia
*how to unravel tension safely to help relieve pain
*email worksheet of simple daily routines you can easily do at home.

Kama’s Guided Meditation this Sunday

Topic for October: Body Image
Life is busy and stressful – if you need a quick reset come and join holistic health coach and meditation leader Kama for a cruisy Sunday morning meditation session.

Meditation is for everyone – if you have struggled with trying it in the past, or you have a regular practice, come and enjoy the calm and welcoming atmosphere.
Each 1 hour session includes a brief chat about wellbeing and 3-4 simple guided meditations. Participants are welcome to sit in chairs or mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided. Suitable for beginners.

$5.00 from every ticket goes to local charity Love and Light Foundation.

Tymi Howard’s Apple Cider Flush

Start your day with an Apple Cider Vinegar flush. Why? Because it’s great to clean out the system before starting your day, and you can get this activated with a flush. It stokes the digestive enzymes and alkaline’s the body from the inside out. We want to clean out the engine, reboot the system, so that what we fill our tanks with is actually able to be properly used and processed. We want all the nutrients absorbed, and we also want all the waste products to leave and evacuate the system and not be stored, weighing us down mentally, physically and emotionally.

What is the flush? We have had a couple of different variations, but the foundation and base is always the same:

1. 1 cup of clean good quality water. H2O people!!! It’s what we are made of…. DRINK #WATER

2. Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt. Don’t get “anal” about it.(no pun intended) just put a pinch of PHS in the glass.

3. Juice of 1/2 a Lemon or Lime, or go crazy and put BOTH!!

4. 30-60ml of Apple Cider Vinegar.

That’s pretty much it!

Now,  if you are struggling with the taste, or you just want a little sweetening, you can add organic honey or agave to the mix.

We even added a squeeze of fresh grapefruit, which mixed with honey is  divine.

If you start your day with this super simple flush, it will change your body, yoga practice and life.
