Tymi Howard’s Apple Cider Flush
Start your day with an Apple Cider Vinegar flush. Why? Because it’s great to clean out the system before starting your day, and you can get this activated with a flush. It stokes the digestive enzymes and alkaline’s the body from the inside out. We want to clean out the engine, reboot the system, so that what we fill our tanks with is actually able to be properly used and processed. We want all the nutrients absorbed, and we also want all the waste products to leave and evacuate the system and not be stored, weighing us down mentally, physically and emotionally.
What is the flush? We have had a couple of different variations, but the foundation and base is always the same:
1. 1 cup of clean good quality water. H2O people!!! It’s what we are made of…. DRINK #WATER
2. Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt. Don’t get “anal” about it.(no pun intended) just put a pinch of PHS in the glass.
3. Juice of 1/2 a Lemon or Lime, or go crazy and put BOTH!!
4. 30-60ml of Apple Cider Vinegar.
That’s pretty much it!
Now, if you are struggling with the taste, or you just want a little sweetening, you can add organic honey or agave to the mix.
We even added a squeeze of fresh grapefruit, which mixed with honey is divine.
If you start your day with this super simple flush, it will change your body, yoga practice and life.
