Mandala Meditation Workshop

A mandala is a sacred space that has been used for thousands of years to creatively express both the inner world and the world around us.  Creating a mandala is an active meditation that can bring relaxation, reflection, balance and healing.

Hills local Rachel Grant is a yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for art and is coming to Keen on Yoga at Bridgewater to share a mandala meditation with our community.  Join us for a wonderful afternoon of mindful creativity in a safe, supportive, fun, diverse and soulful space.

The workshop is designed for beginners and no artistic skill is required.  It begins with a brief chair meditation and is followed by lots of practical advice to guide you as you create your very own mandala.
