These 3 hour retreats have been created to restore refresh and reset your mind body and spirit.
With different teachers bring you their experience and sharing their skills and knowledge for you to absorb and enjoy

We have put together these shorter and affordable retreats, for those that long for time out but struggle to find the time and money for themselves.

Each retreat will have a different focus but all will leave you feeling relax and let challenged, calm and inspired.
Give yourself this well deserved half day to pamper your mind body and soul, to centre and reset intentions and perceptions that often get lost and distorted in the business of life

Whether for yourself, with a partner or some friends these mini retreats are open to all

whether you are experienced or new to these practices we will offer option to cater all abilities.

This 3 hour retreat has been created to restore refresh and reset your mind body and spirit.
You will experience meditation to calm your mind, Yoga to release tensions in your body and Ayurvedic lifestyle talk to balance and inspire you. Lead by 3 experienced practitioners, combining their skills and knowledge to bring you a unique experience to nurture your wellbeing to guide you . whether you are experienced or new to these practices we will offer option to cater all abilities.
