Wellbeing is not simply absence of disease. More and more research is showing the connection between our body and mind. Even if your body appears healthy, things like stress can build up in the body and create issues below the surface you don’t know about until illness hits. Connecting with the present is one simple way to help our bodies realign and heal.

We will look at what health and wellbeing means on a holistic level and include meditations for wellbeing.
