To book a class please find the appropriate date, time and type of class on the calendar below then click on the title of that class. A popup will appear and you can proceed by clicking on the “Book and Pay” button. You can choose to pay with Direct Bank Transfer via your online bank account or Pay On The Day. Cancelled classes or holidays are faded and are not clickable. Past classes have no Book and Pay button in the popup. One time registration can be completed during the checkout process or by clicking on the “Register/Login” link at the very top or bottom of every page. If already registered please log in before booking to speed up the process. Other options are a 6 Week Beginners Course or a 10 Class Pass. These can be purchased for yourself or as a great gift for friends or family.

Beginners classes are for those looking to introduce themselves to yoga and those wanting to refine their technique. It will build your strength and stamina, improve flexibility in a nurturing and supportive environment allowing space to explore and relax.
General Class will incorporate breathing and mediation techniques, relaxation and vinyasa sequences. Working on refining and advancing poses such as inversions. So whether it’s your very first class and you are open to a challenge or you have tons of experience, I will create a positive atmosphere with options to encourage you what ever your capability. This class challenges you to make it your own and not to be influenced by those around you. Empowering freedom from your ego and giving you the ability to listen to your body and true self.
Dynamic Flow will ignite your internal fire, with flowing sequences that connect with your breath. It will raise your heart rate and awareness as you let go of past and future thoughts and become present. This class will involve inversions and strengthening asana and finish with a well deserved relation or yoga nidra. It is suitable for those ready to challenge themselves on all levels – physically, mentally and emotionally.
No need to bring any equipment, as mats and props are provided. If you do prefer your own feel free to bring them along.
