Back to Basics 1 – 20th Nov
You will learn:
*What is good posture
*How to feel and understand your posture
*How does posture effect your mind and breath
*Good alignment in poses
*Learn and explore the concept of Yield
*What are the Kosha’s
*Connect movement and breath
*What is Prana and can I feel it?
*Release the tensions in the body safely to help relieve pain
Jenny will finish with 30mins of restorative practice and yoga nidra to calm the mind and nervous system
Back to Basics 2 – 4th of Dec
You will learn:
*Spinal health and care
*Anatomy and functions of the spine
*How your core works
*Core strengthening
*Back strengthening
*What are the chakras
*What can cause an achy back
*a daily yoga routine worksheet that you can easily follow at home.
knowledge and understanding of movement and your body, to take beyond your mat and into your everyday life
