The New year is now well under way but I would like to firstly thank you all for being part of Keen on Yoga last year, I feel privileged to be able to share yoga with you and look forward to another wonderful year. Mini Retreats

This year we are holding a variety of half day retreats. Held at the end of each school term, with a different theme and focus.
We have put together these shorter and affordable retreats, for those that long for time out but struggle to find the time and money for themselves. Give yourself half a day to pamper your mind body and soul. Walk away feel centred, ready to face the business and stresses of life with refreshed perception, intentions and confidence.

Come and experience Meditation to calm your mind, Yoga to release tensions in your body and Ayurvedic lifestyle talk to balance and inspire you. Lead by 3 experienced practitioners, combining their skills and knowledge to bring you a unique experience to nurture your wellbeing. Whether you are experienced or new to these practices we will offer option to cater all abilities.
